Scientists at Stanford designed a language translation system

We are happy when we inform you about good news like this one coming from the Stanford University where computer scientists presented their new language translation system aimed at improving translation. The authors, a computer science graduate student and a professor of linguistics, have created a system which blends human and machine intelligence to make translation works faster and more accurate.

They have already introduced the so-called hybrid system at two computer science conferences in October highlighting the idea that it will also improve productivity due to its interface resembling a word processor. Thus, the work of human translators will be significantly easier, as the system will generate suggestions for keywords and phrases, and revise them in real-time.

The Stanford Language translation system combines the human translation efforts and machine translation in a smart and efficient solution to provide high quality translation services.
