Skype Translator now includes Arabic language

Microsoft’s real time translation tool has expanded its language support with one more language, namely Arabic, which is the eighth language added by Skype Translator along with the seven others: Chinese Mandarin, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.

Due to the fact that Arabic has many dialects, Skype Translator adds Modern Standard Arabic language as being a standardized version of the language learned in schools. While Arabic is still in preview, it is available to those who use the tool, showing the real-time translation.

Arabic was the fifth most spoken language in the world in 2015 and those who have already downloaded the translator tool can find it in the app’s language settings.
